Following the successful introduction of a brand new rostering system called ‘Care Line Live’, throughout our Choices Rotherham and Sheffield service last Autumn (it’s the system we also use at ‘Care With Choices’, our service in and around the Gtr Manchester area), we’ve now introduced this fab new digital solution to the remainder of our Choices services in the Kirklees area, too…
‘Care Line Live’ allows easier access to service user information, through it’s App and notes can be keyed directly, without the need for journal sheets. This reduces the amount of paperwork which needs to be kept in our service user’s homes and information can be found and identified more quickly, supporting us to continue delivering a safe and efficient service to all of our service users.
We’ve had some great feedback from staff so far and truly believe that this new, user friendly, technology based approach, will support us to continue delivering a service to be proud of!
Look out for Care Line Live coming to more of our services soon (we’re looking to introduce it to the remainder of TLC and Town & Local Care within the next few weeks), with a view to introducing it across the remainder of our services across the coming months.
