The main areas we cover are Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham, Sheffield, Kirklees, Wakefield, Calderdale, Liverpool and Manchester.[/vc_column_text][/toggle][toggle color=”Default” title=”Do you have to work across all areas?”][vc_column_text]Generally no, however for certain roles it may be required to work across a borough.

Our busy times are mornings, lunches and teas & beds.
We are fairly flexible where we can be and allow you to chose to work one or both of those shifts.[/vc_column_text][/toggle][toggle color=”Default” title=”Can I work school hours?”][vc_column_text]Yes, we allow staff to work school hours so long as you can provide suitable weekend cover.[/vc_column_text][/toggle][toggle color=”Default” title=”Are vaccines required?”][vc_column_text]Yes, vaccinations are now mandatory for people working in Social Care.
For further information regarding vaccinations please speak to a member of our team who will be happy to help![/vc_column_text][/toggle][toggle color=”Default” title=”What is the pay frequency?”][vc_column_text]We pay fortnightly[/vc_column_text][/toggle][toggle color=”Default” title=”Do I have to work weekends?”][vc_column_text]We require staff to either work alternate weekends or a set day every weekend in order to provide cover for our service users.[/vc_column_text][/toggle][toggle color=”Default” title=”Is training paid for?”][vc_column_text]Our induction training is free of charge to candidates and normally would cost between £300 and £500 from an external industry recognised provider.
Once you are employed all training is then paid for at your standard rate![/vc_column_text][/toggle][toggle color=”Default” title=”How much is the mileage payment?”][vc_column_text]We pay £0.20p per mile[/vc_column_text][/toggle][toggle color=”Default” title=”How many days per week can I work?”][vc_column_text]As many as you want!
We allow staff to chose the days and hours you want to work and try to be as flexible as possible.[/vc_column_text][/toggle][toggle color=”Default” title=”Do you offer bank work?”][vc_column_text]Yes, in most cases we offer bank work to our staff, however this can sometimes depend upon your availability.[/vc_column_text][/toggle][toggle color=”Default” title=”How long will it be before I can start work?”][vc_column_text]We want to get you started as soon as possible!
Our normal process from application to start can take between 21 days – 28 days, however our hard working team will try to get you started as quickly as possible![/vc_column_text][/toggle][toggle color=”Default” title=”Can I do training before my DBS comes back?”][vc_column_text]Yes, absolutely!
We now get our candidates booked on to training as soon as possible.[/vc_column_text][/toggle][/toggles][/vc_column][/vc_row]
