What areas do you cover?

We operate across North, South and West Yorkshire.

The main areas we cover are Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham, Sheffield, Kirklees, Wakefield, Calderdale, Liverpool and Manchester.

Do you have to work across all areas?

Generally no, however for certain roles it may be required to work across a borough.

Do you get paid mileage from home to your first call and last call to home?

No, we don’t pay mileage from your home to your first call and last call to home.

What are the shift times?

We operate between 06.30am and 10.30pm. Our busy times are mornings, lunches and teas & beds.

We are fairly flexible where we can be and allow you to chose to work one or both of those shifts.

Can I work school hours?

Yes, we allow staff to work school hours so long as you can provide suitable weekend cover.

Are vaccines required?

Yes, vaccinations are now mandatory for people working in Social Care.

What is the pay frequency?

We pay fortnightly

Do I have to work weekends?

We require staff to either work alternate weekends or a set day every weekend in order to provide cover for our service users.

Is training paid for?

Our induction training is free of charge to candidates and normally would cost between £300 and £500 from an external industry recognised provider.

Once you are employed all training is then paid for at your standard rate!

How much is the mileage payment?

We pay £0.20p per mile

How many days per week can I work?

As many as you want!

We allow staff to chose the days and hours you want to work and try to be as flexible as possible.

Do you offer bank work?

Yes, in most cases we offer bank work to our staff, however this can sometimes depend upon your availability.

How long will it be before I can start work?

We want to get you started as soon as possible!

Our normal process from application to start can take between 21 days – 28 days, however our hard working team will try to get you started as quickly as possible!

Can I do training before my DBS comes back?

Yes, absolutely!

We now get our candidates booked on to training as soon as possible.
