About Us

In 2018, Optimo acquired Choices Homecare Ltd and it was relaunched as Choices Specialist Community Care & Support to our group of companies. Choices have been providing care and support for over 20 years. We offer a wide range of community and home-based services in Kirklees, Wakefield and now Rotherham.
With care and support services across Huddersfield, Holme Valley, Dewsbury, Wakefield, Ossett, Heckmondwike, Batley, and now Rotherham we look forward to your care enquiry. Our friendly team will be more than happy to help!
