About Us

In 2018, Optimo acquired Choices Homecare Ltd and it was relaunched as Choices Specialist Community Care & Support to our group of companies. Choices have been providing care and support for over 20 years. We offer a wide range of community and home-based services in Kirklees, Wakefield, Rotherham and Sheffield.
With care and support services across Huddersfield, Holme Valley, Dewsbury, Wakefield, Ossett, Heckmondwike and Batley, as well as Rotherham and Sheffield areas,  we look forward to receiving your care enquiry.  Our friendly team will be more than happy to discuss your  individual needs and provide you with an obligation-free, person centred, quote!
