Lesley brings a wealth of strategic HRM and business transformation experience from across a unique and diverse range of industries, including biotech, sales, telecoms, education, nuclear, policing and defence.
Ben’s tenacious approach to strategic acquisitions, property investments, and business development has powered Optimo’s recent growth and expansion. He works closely with Optimo’s Exec Board external advisers and commercial partners to convert agreed growth targets to tangible results.
