We extend a huge welcome to Victoria Kay, our new Operations Manager for the North West.
With more than 15 years behind her, Vicky has vast experience in the health and social care sector, including as Registered Manager for a domiciliary care company. Vicky also has much knowledge around our current rostering system and is looking forward to bringing hands-on experience to the team. She is looking forward to utilising her experience throughout the North West, supporting us to enhance and streamline our services, enabling us to continue providing efficient, quality, care and support services, to all of our clients.
Currently basing herself at our WarrenCare office in Bootle, Vicky is getting to know more about our processes and procedures and is settling herself in, she plans to visit all of our North West offices in the coming weeks and months and is looking forward to meeting as many colleagues as possible, as soon as she can.
