We’d like to welcome on board Hayley Kitchener, Head of Quality and joint Registered Manager with Laura Grant who is also Head of Care, here at My Life Choice.
Hayley has previously worked for companies providing Supported Living Services to people with learning disabilities, supporting them to live in their own homes and live as independently as they’re able; more recently she was the Area Manager for a company who also provided specialist support services to people with learning disabilities, and who lived in small residential care homes.
Hayley joins Laura Grant, who has worked with My Life Choice since 2019, when it was first established, and who has worked in the Health & Social Care sector for more than 17 years now. Laura initially started her journey as a Support Worker and was recently promoted to (and says she now has the privilege of being) Head of Care, and joint Registered Manager, with Hayley.
Both Hayley and Laura are very passionate about what they do, supporting individuals to live independently in their own homes and to have the best possible quality of life. They are also looking forward to supporting our amazing staff teams who also have a lot of passion for what they do, and for the amazing support services that they provide to our Service Users.
With a wealth of experience between them, they look forward to working with services users, their families and other advocates, at My Life Choice and to also supporting their colleagues to continue delivering a service to be proud of!
