Lyndsay White (Registered Manager and pictured with Town & Local Care’s CQC ratings poster), would like to say a huge ‘Thankyou’ to all of her team, for their ongoing support and hard work throughout the COVID-19 pandemic!
Town & Local Care have been able to continue providing a safe and efficient service, throughout what has been and still are, very challenging times. They’ve continued to run the service smoothly, whilst adhering to all COVID related precautions (still ongoing), to support them in providing a service which has been as ‘COVID safe’ as possible throughout the last 18 months.
During this time, Town & Local Care have also had their inspection by the CQC and they received some fantastic feedback from both care workers and service users alike.
Following this inspection they are very pleased to announce that they have again been given an overall ‘GOOD’ rating in ALL five areas rated (Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well Led).
This is a fantastic result for the whole team and Lyndsay is extremely proud to be the Registered Manager of such a great service…
