Upon joining TLC Barnsley as Registered Manager a couple of weeks ago, we would like to warmly welcome Emma Stacey to the Optimo Care Group! Emma is our new Registered Manager for TLC Barnsley and she looks forward to meeting all of the Barnsley team members, throughout the coming weeks and months.
Like many others, Emma fell into working in the care industry almost by accident, during 2001. Initially she worked as a care worker and covered a few of the Barnsley areas on various walking rounds; she says she then felt she’d found her niche and took on many roles within the care sector, from duty on call, care coordinator and training and assessment officer roles through to becoming a Branch Manager in 2015. Emma has worked with many local authorities and says she’s met wonderful people along the way and that she’s looking forward to meeting as many of her new colleagues as possible and being a part of not just the Barnsley team but the whole of the Optimo Group…
