We’re so proud to announce the launch of our very own ‘Optimo Annual PRIDE Awards’ this year…
We listened to what staff had to say in a recent employee survey and this brand new programme is designed to support staff recognition, with it’s heart around our ‘PRIDE Values’. We’re currently taking nominations from colleagues, service users, their families and other advocates to support us in recognising staff, who they believe, go that extra mile to deliver ‘a service to be proud of’. We truly believe that our staff deserve meaningful recognition for all the hard work they put in and we hope this new initiative goes someway towards recognising this – Please look out for further updates, along with details of award winners, coming later in the year!
