Tuesday 1st of February was ‘Dignity Action Day’ 2022. Dignity in care is an ethos we promote throughout all of our services and we’re so proud when we get special recognition from any of our professional partners… Please see some fab feedback we received for our Town & Local Care team below:
Whilst having a conversation with our office team, a district nurse from the Brighouse area pointed out that she had said to the daughter of one of her patients, that “she had no need to worry about her mum, as she has the best company and care team providing care for her”. She then went on to say that she has witnessed our care team in various service user’s homes, carrying out their work with her patients and every single carer she has come across from Town & Local has been professional, friendly, caring and always seems to go above and beyond their call of duty, which she said is a lovely thing to witness…
We know we have a fabulous team but it’s so nice to be recognised by other professionals for everyone’s hard work and dedication, so thank you all and keep up the great work, that you all do each day!
