Optimo launches new supported living scheme in Bury

Optimo has recently added another service to its growing Supported Living services it runs across England – Wild Acres is a bespoke supported living service in Bury.

Once fully occupied, the new Wild Acres, will support working age adults with autism and learning disabilities. The families of the people we support have been closely involved in the planning and fitting of the house, making it tailored and equipped to meet the needs of the people living there.

Support at Wild Acres will be delivered by our Stepping Stones service support team, who will be on the site 24/7 and marks the second new service opening in the last month for the group with a number of further new schemes planned to open over the summer.

Ben Hales, Group Projects Director at Optimo, shared his excitement about the opening of the new Wild Acres scheme: “We are thrilled to announce the opening of Wild Acres, our latest supported living service. This new scheme is a testament to our ongoing commitment to creating tailored, supportive environments where individuals with autism and learning disabilities can thrive. The development of Wild Acres has been a collaborative effort, with input from families ensuring that the service meets the specific needs of its residents. With several new schemes set to open over the summer, we are eager to extend our reach and provide high-quality, person-centered care to even more individuals across the country.”
