A huge welcome goes to Jane Hancock upon taking up her position as Regional Director for our North West services. Jane brings with her a wealth of knowledge, initially starting out in her career in care as a young carer, and progressing through junior office and supervisory roles until her appointment to her first Registered Manager’s position; this was for a company who supplied care at home services, as well as services within nursing homes and for the NHS, in the late nineties.
Jane then took on her first Regional Manager’s role in the North West, in 2002, during which time she initiated the company’s first venture into complex care at home, whilst developing relationships with case managers and personal injury professionals. She then went on to develop a forensic nursing service and other subsequent ventures, following which she was promoted to a position as Operations Director in 2017, progressing and heading up the company’s franchise operation before moving on with a view to understanding more about the ability of tech and AI in the field of care at home.
Jane is delighted to be joining the Optimo Care Group at an exciting time of growth and development and we send her our very best wishes for a happy and fulfilling career!
