Diane has many years of experience working within the Health and Social Care sector, firstly as a Health Care worker in 2007, before expanding her knowledge and progressing her career within various roles, including Senior Health Care Worker, Field Supervisor, Care Coordinator, Registered Manager and also as a Relationships Manager within Mental Health Services. Over the years, she has built up strong professional working relationships with Local Authorities, Social Care Workers, lots of service users and their families, as well as with many care staff. Diane told us that she is very driven and compassionate about working in the Health and Social Care Sector and looks forward to meeting service users and all her new team members alike…
