Christmas Wishes: Our little elves are out and about delivering presents again this Christmas…
Once again, we asked staff across the Group to nominate service users (who they thought would benefit from a little extra festive cheer) to receive an extra seasonal gift in our annual ‘Service User Christmas Wish List Campaign.’
Each year we put aside £2000 and instead of sending company Christmas cards, we purchase gifts for those service users our staff feel would benefit from receiving a little extra something at this time of year. Gifts can range from a bunch of flowers or some chocolates to replacing something like a microwave if needed… We ask staff to make suggestions and make preparations in the weeks running up to Christmas considering all received requests.
Our little elves are out and about across all of our services at this time of year; you can see some pics that were taken yesterday! We hope the service users involved enjoyed receiving their gifts and thank all staff who made nominations, to help bring a little extra festive cheer this Christmas…
We also run an annual Christmas tree competition throughout all of our offices and this year’s winning office is Mayday Homecare’, based in Oldham, who will be enjoying lunch, courtesy of our CEO, when he next visits them…
